In order to run a successful new joint company, RPZ has 2 options; increase their training budget to accommodate room to educate those not up to date with technology and new marketing software.
Or, they clean house and hire new, young, tech-savvy employees. This is where RPZ’s Human Resources Department/Management must step in and take control.

In the case of a training budget decrease, the solution would have to be to hire a new staff in order to fit the needs of the company.
