The problems that some of the army men can be resolvedthrough proper foundation of jobs which suit their personality like security counseling,educational training and personality grooming; it is like overcoming their troubles of living anindependent and healthy social life. The Problems Confronted At first, before proceeding further into looking at the resolving the issue of financial independence of army men, it is important to look seriously into the troubles which these some of these people face often once they are retired from their respective jobs. In fact, the military services are the jobs of pride and glory and there is a specific format and mentality which grows inside an army man. He or she is not made to do all kinds of jobs in the private sector. This is oneof the major problems which army man face. “If you’re enlisted military, a new career report saysyou’ve got one of the very worst jobs on the planet.” (Anderson, 2015)During the military service, no individual would complain about having troubles withliving but after leaving the army, the social life and sources of earning livelihood becomelimited.
