This course contains a Final Project that is a significant part of your overall evaluation.

The Project – The project for this class will be a research paper on a topic of your choosing related to International Business Policy. Your topic does need to be pre-approved by the Instructor in Week One (see Written Assignment for Week 1)
Grading: The project will be worth 100 points for grading purposes.
Due Date: The project is due by Tuesday, April 14 at 11:59 PM EST
Formatting Your Paper – Be sure to use Microsoft Word to write your project. You can insert tables or pictures to highlight your topic. Use APA formatting for your paper and references.

Introduction
Body that uses sub-headings when the topic changes
Summary or Conclusion
Reference Page
Required Length and References – Most students are able to do a good job on this project with a minimum of 5 pages of text. (a minimum of 1,000 words -your title and reference page are not included and will not be counted in the word count)

This paper is an academic project, so the highest standards of scholarship are expected. A minimum of 6 references is expected, along with citations in the text of the paper for all research material used. Wikipedia is a popular reference, but is not acceptable for academic research because its sources are not always verified.

Remember to cite all of the sources that you have used for your research within the paper and then in the list at the end of your paper. Use the APA style that you have been using for most of your other classes at SIU. Here is a good APA writing lab.
