This week, you have seen many different definitions/descriptions of plagiarism. Create your own definition/description of plagiarism. Include examples of what you would and would not count as types of plagiarism if it were up to you to decide (you can put these in list format if you’d like). Then, describe any penalties you would assign to an offender of the different types of plagiarism that you described.
At the end of your discussion post, please ask a question that others may choose to respond to. For example, it can be something that you didn’t quite understand that someone else might be able to add information to in order to clarify, or it can be you asking someone’s opinion on one particular part of the discussion, etc.
Also, don’t forget that you need to respond to two posts by Saturday 11:59pm.
Step One: Complete the following table which outlines confidentiality and security activities, in relation to EHR security measures. Identify activities or items that can be performed in each stage of EHR development to ensure the confidentiality and security of health information. A couple of entries have been made for you as examples.

Step Two: Locate a Federal or State law that addresses confidentiality, security or privacy. Develop an one-page informational flyer that can be distributed at a conference that explains how the selected Federal or State law addresses confidentiality, security, or privacy and which stage(s) of the EHR development is affected by the Federal or State law. Be sure that your flyer is informative, creative, and attention getting. (Don’t forget to give the name/title of the law)
