A professional development plan documents the goals, required skill and competency development, and objectives a staff member will need to accomplish in order to support continuous improvement and career development (“Duke Human Resources”, 2013), The following paper includes a professional development plan based on team C. This plan addresses the characteristics of the team and the manager. Also, this plan determines the needs of the team and is a tool for members to assess their skills, strengths, areas needing improvement, and the resources needed to help them reach their career goals.
