Patient infomation: 72 year obese female, 246 lbs, been in the hospital for 4 days, patient was admited for pneumonia, patient have a history of diastolic heart failure,COPD and AFIB. Patient complain is shortness of breath with productive cough of green sputum, Shortness of breath is mostly with exertion.
