Write My Essay For Me
Discussion Intellectual Property – Apple v. Samsung

First, tell me you have read Chapter 8 and the most interesting thing that stuck out. Then, I’d like you to go and look on the internet, or in the library, and research the various IP disputes between Apple and Samsung all around the world. First, see if any other students have chosen a jurisdiction, and then find a different one. I would like you to do summary of one of the disputes. Tell me: 1) the country or jurisdiction (if in the United States, where is it) 2) when it began 3) what is the intellectual property they are fighting about 4) what patent filings did either party make 5) what is the procedural history of the dispute 6) what decisions have been made so far by a court, and what challenges have been made and appeals decided so far, 7) your opinion about the likely outcome of the dispute. After you complete the summary report, which should be around 3/4 to a full page, go and look at 3 -5 other disputes, and comment on them (at least 3) in any way – summarize your dispute and what it shows about the the litigation and motives of others. Let them know politely if you agree or disagree with their summary. If you cannot find another dispute on the internet, go ahead and do one that has been only done once – I know there are summaries on the internet for at least 30 countries
