After completing the Work Environment Assessment Template, several issues were identified in my workplace related to civility. In particular, lack of respect and recognition of colleagues’ contributions were the primary concerns. Moreover, inadequate communication between team members and management was identified as another problem. The results suggest that my workplace may have issues with creating a healthy and respectful work environment that supports its employees’ well-being.
