The case of the Special education gives a description of a learning institution that supports the learning of the students with the difficulties, hearing problems, social relationships and the process of understanding the concept or an idea in class. The Special education system takes the identity of the institution to challenge the continuity of the fast-growing and education system and to maintain the most important learning objectives that focus on student satisfaction.

All in all, the education program must give students benefit that is designed for issue avoidance instead of issue solutions and offer redesign packages that are understanding, applicable, and effectively executed. These changes should yield an outstanding yield on the Special education program. In spite of the fact that the expense of obtaining extra program training needs is credibly more prominent than the expense of the new education system for the normal students, but now the government needs to bear the cost and support the special needs students.
