SUMMARY PAPER CONTENT
Throughout the course, you have been developing your perspectives on the various dimensions of organizational behavior. The key topic for the paper is Effectively Managing Organizations. You must have a very succinct thesis statement. Be sure to have a solid introduction and conclusion/summary section too.
Part I: In developing a focus for your paper, you must incorporate three of the following dimensions of organizational behavior:
- Managing diversity.
- Managing across cultures.
- Improving job performance.
- Communicating effectively.
- Making decisions.
- Building effective teams.
- Managing conflict and negotiating.
- Managing change and stress.
Part II: Your personal reflections
- Discuss your overall learning experiences from this module.
- Address how your understanding of organizational behavior has evolved from the start of the module.
- Identify 3 points or issues that challenged you the most.
Include at least five additional outside sources. Your textbook may be used, but may not be counted toward your outside sources.
FORMATTING THE SUMMARY PAPER
- This paper must be submitted in essay style, 8-10 double-spaced pages in length, and formatted according to APA style, as outlined in A Writer’s Reference.
- Must include a cover page that includes the following:
- Your name
- Module name and number
- Name of paper
- Facilitator’s name
- Date submitted
- Must include an introductory paragraph with a succinct thesis statement .
- The body of the paper must include the assigned content listed above including personal reflection and critical analysis in each area.
- The paper must conclude with a restatement of the thesis and a conclusion paragraph.
- The final page must be a References list that is completed according to APA style.
