Social Psychology Discussion Board creating a comic strip
This week each student will be required to create a short comic strip to illustrate a relationship they are currently in that is based on one of the concepts, theories, or frameworks brought up in this module’s content. This can be family, friends, acquaintances, partners, etc… Once this is created you will need to post the comic strip to the discussion board and provide the following: a short description of what it depicts, how it highlights a specific concept/theory from the chapter, and how your comic relates back to descriptions of relationships and intimacy that we discussed. In other words, this comic should be a visual way to show what you have learned from this week’s content and how it applies to your life.

Writing Guide
- Choose a concept, theory, or framework from the module’s content that you want to depict in your comic strip.
- Think of a relationship in your life that you can use as the basis for your comic strip. This could be a family member, friend, partner, or acquaintance.
- Decide on the plot of your comic strip. What is the story that you want to tell? How will you use the characters and setting to highlight the concept or theory you’ve chosen?
- Draw your comic strip. You can use a digital tool like Canva or a traditional method like pen and paper. Be sure to include speech bubbles and captions to help tell your story.
- Write a short description of what your comic strip depicts. Explain how it highlights the concept or theory you’ve chosen and how it relates to descriptions of relationships and intimacy discussed in the module’s content.
- Post your comic strip and description to the discussion board for feedback and discussion with your classmates.
